Introducing HireMee to all campus contacts and get the assessment.
Proactive calling & Follow up with Institutions Placement officers to increase the assessment count and also creating brand awareness among students.
Closely working with institution/campus sales team to increase the assessment.
Collecting Testimonial Feedback from Students, TPO's and Institution Management.
Identifies potential Job captains in campus to help to increase the assessment count.
Initiates sales process by building relationships, qualifying potential, scheduling Appointments for Job drives and pool campus drives and Assessments campaign.
Establishing contact with Universities and Placement directors.
Closes sales by overcoming objections and preparing contracts.
