Service Line Manager


Overall 14 to 17 years of experience in IT/ISV

Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in Product Life cycle management and experience leading a product delivery right from conceptualization stage

Has had an organic growth in technology preferably in Open Tech stack and has a balanced interests in both technology and process delivery.

Ability to engage with clients in technical discussions at architectural level.

Ability to strengthen distributed delivery network and provide the scalability for the business to expand its operations across the globe.

Flexible to travel within and outside India as business demands

Good in people management and with an ability to lead and direct senior managers and architects towards organization goal

Excellent in articulation and written communication skills

Flair for networking

Ability to build compelling business cases/proposals

Experience working with international clients especially European, Japanese, American

Scrum /Agile certification

Strong in financial management

Contribute in pre-sales and influence additional business from current accounts

Have a clear track record of building larger teams from scratch and achieving set targets.
Candidate should have pleasant personality.
