Primary Skill Domain Database - Oracle - Oracle Administration
Specify mandatory Skills L3:
Good knowledge of oracle 10g/11g architecture and administration
Configuration and troubleshooting Datagaurd
Should have good analytical and communication skills
oracle 12C administration experience.
PostgreSQL database administration knowledge

Expertise and work efforts focus primarily on the installation and configuration of Oracle and postgress databases, capacity planning, give input to system architecture design, and performance tuning. The Deployment Personal operates under minimal supervision and demonstrates proactive work habits when engaging customers and stake holders in the course of performing their deployment duties. The Deployment Personal achieves results through strong subject matter expertise, leadership, collaboration, and teamwork. The ability to communicate effectively with team members and others within the customer organization is a must. He/she should often coach Peer engineers on deployment best practices and technical issues and is expected to be capable of delivering a tailored message to customer as required.

Technical Skills required:

Oracle Database Administration support + deployment for production systems and provide DBA services to application teams and database production support whenever required. Should have good knowledge of Database implementation, understand requirement from customer, suggesting solutions, , troubleshooting DB issues. Performance tuning,
Implementation and maintaining Database Security
Database backup and Recovery, RMAN backup and recovery,

Required relevant experience estimated in years 3-5 years
(1.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases (2.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives (3.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans. (4.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (5.) To provide support for on call escalations and doing incident & problem management (6.) To independently resolve tickets & esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team
