Position : Customer Service Associate
Process : Chat (Non - Voice) Process
Skills required :
1. Should be good in English and Hindi
2. Good writing skills with good punctuation and Grammar
3. Good typing skills [25 words or more per minute ]
Educational Qualification :
Under Graduate or Graduate with Minimum 6 months experience in any BPO / Customer service
More preference for Candidates with Chat process experience [Domestic Process ]
Day shift and no transportation provided Weekly 6 days and rotational off
Salary Package : Rs 17k CTC per month. [Rs 13072 net and Rs 3357 Quarterly Bonus ] and many other benefits.

Number of ROUNDS :
4 [HR, Training, Operations and Client ]. This included one written test to check English Comprehension.
