Senior Customer Support Executive (non-voice)

    • Excellent communication skills in written and verbal mode.
    • Handson experience in using Live Chat tools
    • Lead good initiatives regarding the Customer experience
    • Good Knowledge in handling tickets and in using the appropriate tools. Experience in using Zendesk tool is an added advantage.
    • Analyze all aspects of customer experience and business profitability
    • Take ownership of issues until they are successfully resolved. Ensuring the timely resolution to meet the customer needs.
