We are hiring for the role of Executives in CS Team which is a part of Control Tower Team in Ekart.
The daily roles and responsibilities are:
1. Gather Data from various data sources and publish Daily Dashboards.(Excel)
2. Close follow-up with Internal Stakeholders to get all the open tasks completed within SLA.
3. Respond to Email Queries from Clients in a timely manner.
4. Support internal team members with various Reporting and Process requirements.
The ideal candidate is expected to have good Communication Skills (written and Verbal). Familiarity with Excel and experience in a Customer Service role will be a big plus though not mandatory.
This role requires working 6 days a week on shift mode (9 AM to 6 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM)
