2. To fill student profiling form by himself for each student
3. Infra/Tool list
- Proper tables, chairs (Register Maintained)
- Proper Lighting (Register Maintained)
- Proper Computer (Register Maintained)
- Proper Tools (Register Maintained)
4. Class Conduction
- All formats related to academics as per the project.
- Follow class Time Table
- Biometric Attendance (Real Time) of students.
- Bio metric attendance of trainer
- Manual Attendance Register to be maintained for students and
trainer.
- Follow up of absent & irregular students
- Books Distribution to be maintained in Stock Register
- Collect Record sheet
- Follow up Lesson Plan
- Time to Time Motivation classes
- Every Saturday Internal Test Conduct
- Batch Completion documents provide to CM
5. Assessment & Certified
- Timely Assessment Request By CM
- Responsible for RSLDC District Team Assessment
- Timely Indent send to HO for Final Exam.
- Timely Indent Send to HO for Certificate of Student.
6. Placement
- Timely Placement batch file to be Complete
- Timely HR interactions
- Timely Industry Visits
- Timely Vacancy Generation/ MOUs Collection (Minimum 10 Per batch)
- Campus interview/ Job fair
- Planning to place Students (Minimum 60% of batch)
- Offer letter / Salary Slip Collections of three months
- Maintain Placement Tracking Register
7. Misc. work
- PTM (Parent Teacher Meeting)
- Field Visit/outdoor
- Timely complete the work given by CM/HO.
8. Other Work (Only Residential Faculty)
- Support to Warden
- Maintain Decorum at the time of Breakfast, Lunch, Teaand Dinner.
